Hellow Chethan,
you should file ITR-4 you cudnt file return for a.y 2013-14 but you can file return for a.y 2014-15 & 15-16

Dear Chetan,
Since she has received Form no. 16A (traces) and tax has been deducted u/s 194J it will be treated as business income and has to fill ITR - 4.
If you are looking to efile your returns, I'd suggest you check out Quicko.com. You just have to upload your form 16 which has already been issued and the rest will be taken care of. Otherwise you can also file your return on the Govt. Of India website. The due date for filing returns for individuals in 31st August
You can only file returns for the previous 2 Accouting years.
