Salaried Dr. received salary from Government Hospital & received u/s 194JB from Sun Pharma Laboratories 80000.00 is it professional income or others source income. Which ITR file?

You cannot receive salary under any section . Sec 194 is meant for tax deduction at source.
It is Professional Income, u can file either ITR-4/ITR3
Not necessarily.
For 194JB must report business income otherwise return will be declared as defective return
