I have a partnership company.we purchase an motorcycle for gifting our employ.after delivery they deny to bill in the name of our company.we also provide payment from our company account.after so many request they told us that they will provide bill in the name of our company.after that we also give company GST certificate,Professional tax Certificate and latest bank statements.but manager of the showroom said me that Any business government authentic document is only the trade licence. So, please provide us the same.is that true....??

you can provide the form a and form c of registration of partnership firm if not done then partnership deed, firm's PAN and adhaar of all partners with any other document. Thats what we do.
