DO IT FROM IGNOU AFTER PASSING OUT OF IPCC. IT IS VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT. IT REQUIRES ONLY ONE YEAR TO COMPLETE THE COURSE. PLEASE REFER THE FOLLING LINK
