4. NOC from Food & drugs Department, Fire authority, & Pollution control board, whichever applicable as per the chemicals traded.

Third as soon as your turnover likely to cross 40/20 lakhs in any FY...
Forth list is for some specific requirements when you deal with any specific hazardous chemicals and restricted pharma/drugs. depending upon case to case..
