WHICH FORM SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR COMPLETION OF ARTICLES?

Hi, I want to know wheather should v submit  the Form 108 in Regional Institute office or should v courier the Form 108 to Zonal Head Office (i.e Chennai - South, Delhi - North, Mumbai - West & Kolkata-East).

That Form ultimately would be delivered to HO only. Either you can directly deliver the same to HO i,e either Mumbai or Delhi, or you can deliver it to any Regional Office which in turn would pass on to Zonal HO.
