I am working in company since last 3 years. Earlier I was on contractual basis. Since December 2014 I am on payroll.
In 2015-2016 half time I was on contract and and now on payroll.
Please tell me that which ITR form should I fill for return now.
Last year I filled Form-4S as I was contractual.

Use the same form in the current year to report salary and contract services income.
