Which firm to join in chennai????

Stipend differs from one firm to another. In some cases, it also depends on students qualification or earlier experience. As an article student, one should be ready to do few outstation audits, as many good audit firms or Big4 firms have clients all over, there arise a need to send the students sometimes to outstations. This is my view. Let others comment if any firms are there where they dont send to outstations. But such instances happens in case of small firms. But if you want good and reputed firms, there will be outstation audits at sometimes atleast.

Its not sure it can be only once for 6 months. It depends on the clients work. Till its completion you may need to work more days/more visits to outstations. I am giving herewith few of the good firms links as per my knowledge. You try to call them or visit their offices personally and drop a resume there after your results. Meanwhile, as the reputed firms interview process is bit difficult, I advise you to have grip on subjects like tax, accounts, audit etc. You can also try to have some working knowledge of the Tally software and MS-Excel etc., if you are not already comfort with these.
