Generally Books for May 2016 and November 2016 exam are same only some circular or notification will update in new edition.
If you want to purchase new education check whether notification till 30/04/2016 are updated or not.

for other DT And IDT my suggestion is wait for July otherwise correction mein hi time waste hoga
