Which course better along with CA, CS or ICWA?

hello , sir  i  am doing ca and have comleted my group 1 so should i do icwa or cs? i am very confused please help me . please also give me the reasons if you suggest me any of the course . 

can u say what are the mou which i.c.a.i and i.c.si had undergone 

and is there any exemption for c.s articles if we had undergone c.a articles

and whatis difference between A.C.S and L.C.S 

and what are c.c regulations and submission of papers\

please clarify my doubts
