One candidate qualified CA group wise in 2 attempts.. Other failed both groups in 1st attempt and qualified both groups at a time in 2nd attempt.. Now is there any difference between these 2 candidates when appering interviews?
They will prefer 2nd candidate as he/ she qualified both groups at a time?? Please help me
As per my experience
It is based on Company Policy and Selection panel thought,
Most of the company looking subject Knowledge & Communication skills from the candidate.
especially CA, CMA ,CS
