AN Sridhar No doubt is a good book for SFM but one thing i have noticed that, it has been written rather solved purely in a mathematical way. A student who is not so good in maths finds it difficult..

i have buy this book with the hope that there is 200 sums but it has almost 600 sums....m looking for material+ practise manual.....one of my friend has scored 74 on this way.....by your comment m assuming that your sfm paper was not up to mark as expected...azim

Rikin,

I am a qualified CA and CS yaar, i had refer AN Sridhar book only but i asked ur advice about other authors so that i can share with my friends. i know everything about Sridhar's book. he is my teacher for MAFA in TAYAL Classes, Mumbai.. aur haa, i had also scored 71 in MAFA.....

what should i do?? should i go for sridar......its style suit me but bit lengthy.....other book  s bala snowwhite its concept is good but some wrong examples...in some matters it differs from institute's material...so...not advisable.......

Hi,

Sridhar's book is one of the best book for SFM. i would strongly advice for it. many of the questions are come from this book only...

actually, my friend is a bit weak in maths so i thought there may be some other good books in the market other that AN sridhar...

anyyways, thanx for your advice...

tell him to go with sdbala snow whitehttps://www.lawbookshop.net/first-lessons-strategic-financial-management-incorporating-mafa-final-p-248.html( for concept---also around 200 sums as i heard)  + practise manual  (it has 250 sums).....

i think to get 65-70 even for a weaker student in maths..as i think so....

so finally  guys... for conceptual learning what should we go for .. an sridhar or sd bala???

*PEACE*

AN shridhar is a complete sfm package...Go for it.
