I have one doubt since in original ITR less income have been shown and now want to update by filing form.
but i am confused between under which section to file
139(5) or 154.
and if filed under section 139(5) then is need to pay penalty?

File a revised return before 31.5.21
If you have received intimation u/s 143(1), then rectification else revised return. No late filing fee because the due date is extended up to 31st May.
