We are business entity , Our ADVOCATE is filing GST Returns , & provide its bill for this service .
Kindly guide us whether RCM u/s 9(3) will apply for such GST return filing work by ADVOCATE ?

No. RCM will not applicable. Only for legal fees there is RCM.
As per notification 13/2017 CT (rate), S.no.2, Services of Advocates is cover under RCM .
So RCM is applicable.
