Whether llp is a body corporate for service tax?

I have a query regarding RCM
Service provider is Individual and service receiver is LLP. Is RCM applicable on the service provided and does LLP falls in the definition of body corporate.
And if taxable services provided by LLP to another LLP will RCM/NCM be applicable in this case.

Please refer to the definition provided under Rule 2(cd) of the Service Tax Rules, 1994 (STR), which is as under –
“partnership firm” includes a limited liability partnership”
