yes it is possible , many students already done this. just you need to balance. There is one issue some time b.com exam will be clash with
professional exam..
As per rules framed by ICAI you cant do three courses alltogether, only one course along with CA is allowed that too must not be regular course..
For that also permission required to be taken by depositing form 112
