Whether it is necessary?
Our Company did not adopted new set of MOA and AOA till date. Is it necessary to amend MOA and AOA as per new Companies Act, 2013 only to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder? Is any time limit specified for amendment of MOA and AOA under the Companies Act, 2013/ Rules?

It is not mandatory to adopt new sets of MOA and AOA. However, it is advisable to adopt.
