Whether gst will replace custom laws

No in GST only CVD and SAD will be replaced the BCD is charged same as charged previously
NO, GST will not replace custom.
Dear Mr rakesh,
Under Gst, for Inter state & intra state supply of Goods valuation Rule u/s 15 will be prefered but if any import & export then those valuation rule prefered which is mentioned in custom law. Basic custom duty levied in Gst also, & IGST calculated on inclusive Basic custom duty as earlier. So custom law prevail in exsistense even though GST comes.
