Whether GST is needed for Psychological Counselling via Online (Virtual Office) and Online Workshops
Hello, I am a Counselling Psychologist (Counselling Psychologists are not Licensed in India). I have recently bought virtual office space. I do Psychotherapy via online mode thought video call for my clients, and also do online workshops to train Psychologists. Now most health services are exempt from GST. But i am still confused, that in my situation is GST applicable, because as per the Classification of Healthcare Services with SAC Code Psychotherapy/Counselling services by Counselling Psychologist is not listed. This isi very confusing, please help.
