I am working in an organisation having an employee base of 2500 employees.
We are having a group mediclaim insurance policy tie up with National Insurance.
My query is whether employees will get any benefit under section 80D for the premium paid towards such group insurance.

yes one can claim mediclaim insurance benefits...and it depends upon the salary whether ur showing gross or net
2. it must be approved by IRDA
