i joined articleship in october 2008 and my pcc exam is due in may 2010..!!
we are allowed 1/6th leave of our articleship period actually served. so under pcc leave allowed is 15/6= 2.5 months..!
my question is whether i will be alowed to appear in may 2010 if i take leave in excess of this 2.5 months..?
Yes, but you will have to serve for that excess period.
