Subsequent to the sales there was a negotiation and the result is price reduction on the sales effected. Whether the dealer is bound to pass on the CST reduction based on the price reduced?

Reduction in price can be passed on to the customer if it is within six months from the date of invoice
The CST chargded has to be reversed to the buyer and the tax paid to the govt (if already done)is also to be reversed by filing a revised return.......MJK
