Hello everyone,
one of my client want to form a pvt ltd company "SARKAAR FILM PRODUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED". i have checked the mca site and this name is available but i am not sure whether ROC will raise any issue for the word "SARKAAR". promoters are muslim and Sarkaar is name of khwaja garib nawaz of Ajmer sharif (GOD of muslim).
waiting for opinion of experts whether i should go for name approval with above name or not ?
‘Sarkaar’ resembles the use of word with the name of Government (s) , State , India, Bharat or any government authority or in any manner resembling with the schemes launched by Central, state or local Governments and authorities;
Such word and combination thereof shall not be used in the name of a company in English or any of the languages depicting the same meaning unless the previous approval of the Central Government has been obtained.
Sarkar and Khwaja Garib Nawaz has no relevance at all... query may be raised for different issues as explanied by CA AMit... Khwaja is not the God of Muslim.......................
