Whether adt-1 required to be filed for ratification..?

By going through Section 139 (1) of the CA, 2013, it seems, ADT-1 is required to be filed by Company only at time of appointment and re appointement of the Director.

But we may face technical problem whiling filing Form AOC-4 beacuse need to insert SRN of Form ADT-1 in Form AOC-4, we have to see whether AOC-4 shows technical error while inserting same  SRN of ADT-1 for a period of 5 year or it takes.

Then what srn to mention in aoc 4? Isn't there any default Srn

i am facing a similar issue. Got an error while uploading AOC-4 today for a pvt ltd co. actually there was no ADT-1 filed for appointment of auditor last year. therefore when i entered z9999999 the form could not be uploaded. i then filed adt 1 with additional fees and inserted the srn in aoc-4 but i got an error as follows:

the srn of form adt-1 entered srn of form gnl-2 is either not filed under 'others' option or the date of filing such form gnl-2 is not in between 01st april, 2014 to 17th oct, 2014."

upon reading the above error i understand that form ADT-1 should have been filed before 17th oct, 2014. this implies that form aoc 4 cannot be filed now. i have raised a ticked with MCA. solution awaited.

  The SRN of form ADT - 1 entered SRN of form GNL-2 is either not filed under "other" option or the date of filling such form GNL-2 is not in between 1st Apr. 2014 to 20th Oct 2014.
