I am Jita Das here, and holding a COP since December 2014.
However , I would like to know if I am eligible to be the MAIN TRUSTEE of TRUST, which will been formed for the pupose of hospital/ special school for children etc and other types of charitable and other non profitable activities.
The TRUST wishes to apply for Government Grants later on, after the TRUST is formed , under "STANDUPINDIA" scheme.
The land where this hospital will b built is in the name of my business man husband. Only I intend to be the MAIN TRUSTEE of such a TRUST and be the operational HEAD.
Is there any ground that I will not be eligible or not qualified, because i hold a COP?
