I have passed three year computer diploma from state board of technical education after passing 10th. So, can I join for CPT course?

Whether 10th + 3 year computer diploma is enough for CPT admission?

You can provisionally register for the CA Foundation course after your 10th grade, but you must complete your 10+2 (or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government/AIU) to be eligible to sit for the examinations. Alternatively, obtaining a graduation degree after your diploma would make you eligible for the Direct Entry Route to the CA Intermediate level.
