Wheter Joint or Separate Application U/s 297  In Form 24A

Here is query.

Comapny "A'' has entered in to contract having common directors u/s 297 of Company's Act 1956 with Company 'B' , 'C' & partnership Firm Named 'D The Agreement Comes under the Perview of Sec 297 and Approval of the Regeional Director is Required.

Now here Does Comapny 'A' require to file Seperate application( i.e. seperate Form 24A) for each company or it can file a joint application covering both companies & partnership firm.????

Is there any provision for joint / seperate application u/s 297???

Please guide us.
