Hi everyone, I am a CA-IPCC student through CPT route and serving last two months of my articleship.
Can anyone tell me whether I fall in category that need to upoad "Certificate of service"?
If yes then I am unable to find where to upload the certificate while applying. After clicking on apply-I can see the application form opening but there is no section where I can upload my certificate. Can anyone help me out with this please?

Actually I am not still sure whether I have to submit or not. Because in the below screenshot we can see that there is a format in the last that is for IPC. Also there is one other format in top under IPC heading which is really confusing. That is why I am confused whether to apply
what about the second heading under IPC that I highlighted?
i think that is required at the time of filling exam form
