Where to upload "certificate of service"?

Hi everyone, I am a CA-IPCC student through CPT route and serving last two months of my articleship.
Can anyone tell me whether I fall in category that need to upoad "Certificate of service"?
If yes then I am unable to find where to upload the certificate while applying. After clicking on apply-I can see the application form opening but there is no section where I can upload my certificate. Can anyone help me out with this please?

as u are from cpt route hence no cos for u

Hi Ankita, Thanks for replying.

Actually I am not still sure whether I have to submit or not. Because in the below screenshot we can see that there is a format in the last that is for IPC. Also there is one other format in top under IPC heading which is really confusing. That is why I am confused whether to apply

The last option is for final candidates

what about the second heading under IPC that I highlighted?

that is applicable only for Candidates who have converted to direct entry scheme.

You are filling IPCC form, so check details of IPCC. The other one is for IPCC, so leave it. Even when u will fill form there is no place to attach cos. So stop worrying, all have followed this, like at least at my place.
