Hello Freinds,
I have to deposit the 'C' Form (related to March, 12) of one of my client in Chandigarh. Please tell me where I have to submit the same.
I already visited the E-Sampark centre (where returns are accepted) to submit the C Form but they said they have no authority to receive it.
in chandigarh all the c forms are submitted when annual return is filed(vat 20)
But as per Rule 12 of the Central Sales Tax 1957 Form C must be depostied to prescribed authrity within 90 days from the end of related quarter.
Please clarify the issue.
