Where to show the deduction u/s 80U and u/s 80DDB in annexure-ii of 24Q

I remember from a case in which i saw a salaried handicapped person receiving salary net of tds and his employer had not considered 80u deduction. so from that i may infer that maybe taking 80u deduction at the time of tds is not allowed.

i dont have adequate knowledge on the matter but i thought to just share my observation.
