where to file the I T Return if i shifted to new city in current year and where i should apply for change in address data in return

If the two cities are under two chief commissioners .........make a prayer for transfer to present CIT with copy to CC1,CC2,CBDT and follow up

My Q is 1. I have LTCG on HP, now i want to use the Sale Consideration for repayment of loan which was taken for pur of another HP. Can I claim deduction any of u/s 54. In short the repayment of loan taken for HP be considered as the pur of new HP u/s54.

If you now are residing at differant place,get change your adress in your PAN by filling change form and also inform the authorities,otherwise there will be difficulty in getting refund if involved.
