I am a CA Final student who is aspiring to further go into appeals department. I was told to develop my apptitude for case laws. I want to read case laws and also be able to easily print them.
Where can i find the above mentioned requirements of mine?
if you are very keen to read about cases you can read "Landmark judgements that changed india" by asok kumar ganguly.u can also find case laws on blog.taxorigin.com as all the updated and recent case laws are not included in the book. Hope it helps :)
For Case laws, you can frrely read and download them from ICAI's website (look into BOS knowledge portal). It's nicely given and presented. And will also help you in your CA final exams.
