Service has been provided but the consideration for the same is received after two months...when will the ST be chargeable?

at the time of issue of bill or advance recd which ever is earlier for the service provider...
At the time of entry of bill or advane payment which ever is earlier for the service receiver...

in case totalvrecipts less tha 50 lacs assesse has option to pay tax on reciept basis
