When will GSTR 9 for FY 2018-19 be activated?

I want to file my GSTR 9 for FY 2018-19

But from many months, every time I go to GST portal to fill the data, it keeps saying:

"System computed summary is in progress. Please check after some time."

So when will GSTN actually activate it?

Is it only me who is seeing this message or everyone sees same message?

PS: I know due date of GSTR9 FY 2018-19 is extended till 31st March 2020 but I would like to finish the work.
