I have incorporaterd a new private limited company which incorporation date is 24 october 2013.I want to know that what is the due date for filling ITR of a company under Income tax department.Till the date i m in process of company bank account opening.

Date of Incorporation = 24.10.2013
.
Relevant F.Y. = 2013-2014
.
Relevant A.Y. = 2014-2015
.
Due date for filing income tax return = 30.09.2014
If specified domestic transaction are entered then 30-11-2014
