One of our client is liable & registered with MAHAVAT on 6.4.2022.
This is proprietory concern and having 1 employee.
My query is from which month he has to pay PTRC Tax of Rs.200/- and file first PTRC Return ?

In the for you would have mentioned month in which liability commences. Accordingly, you are required to file monthly return from.that month. Further, mahagst website also selects monthly periodicity for the first financial year of Registration. so for fy 22-23, you would be required to file monthly ptrc return
