When should i file itr

For properietor, its one and single return as per its Individual PAN number. So, when you don't have any other income, only firm's income is declared; but under Individual or properietor's PAN only. If you have any othe income, just add to it. For AY 2016-17, today is last day under regular process. Otherwise also you can file belated return till March 2018.
