when is VAT License cancelled?

Dear Sir,

My Computer Business is registered under APVAT & CST. I have started my Business in the year Nov,2008.

My Sales turnover is as follows.

Nov,2008 -  Mar,2009   - Rs.83,000/-

Apr,2009  -  Mar,2010   - Rs3,95,000/-

My Question is:

1) Will my VAT License be cancelled as I don't have the required turnover in a year?

2) How to avoid cancellation of my VAT license ?
