Dear Sir, i have cleared by ipcc group 1 in Feb 2012 and registered for articleship on 15th Feb 2012. i am yet to clear my group 2. as per the 2.5 years crieteria i am eligible to appear in Nov 14, but when do i need to registered for Final? i want to know by what time i should clear my group 2,if i want to appear in Nov 14? how many attempts i have to clear my group2? i guess one should be registered as a final student, atleast 9 months before giving Final attempt. As per my claculation this coming may 13 attempt will be the last one, else i will miss my Final Nov 14 attempt Please help me. Thanks, Arun.

final registration is not matter. the thing matter is articleship period so no problem.don't worry about attempt of ca-final, concentrate on your 2nd group of ipcc if you pass early than you can give more time for ca-final preparation.

this means i have more two attempts (May 13 and Nov 13) to clear my group 2.
