will old Income Tax Act be scrapped after may 2011 attempt?? and DTC will replace it from Nov,2011 onwards????

You will have current Income Tax Act 1961 at least up to Nov 2012 exams. DTC will be applicable only after Nov'2012 exams subject to its timely implementation by Govt & announcement by ICAI for its exams.
