Whats the tax rate for liquid fund,debt fund or FMP

Hello Members,

whats the difference between liquid funds and debts funds or fmp fund? I want to invest my fix deposit
money to one of these  funds for a tenure of 13 months to 24 months.Which is one better from lower tax perspective ? What is the tax rate for the profits earned for the tenure of above 12 months.
