Stop the Payments against the Bills...

Please try checking status of each such supplier on the following link.

https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp

It should show the details of Returns filed by them.

If suppliers are filing returns regularly, then contact them and try to get them to file your missing invoices for FY 17-18 in GSTR1.

If suppliers are not filing returns you could report them via the following link.

https://services.gst.gov.in/services/grievance
