To what period do these supplier invoices pertain?
Not only one party.. Difrent difrnt part in difrnt month from july 17 to mar 18

Only way to ask/refer to Supplier for filing his GSTR-1 with Your Bills...

Stop the Payments against the Bills...
What he can enter those missing bills now?

Please try checking status of each such supplier on the following link.
https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp
It should show the details of Returns filed by them.
If suppliers are filing returns regularly, then contact them and try to get them to file your missing invoices for FY 17-18 in GSTR1.
If suppliers are not filing returns you could report them via the following link.
https://services.gst.gov.in/services/grievance
