what to do now for transfer

hello all

my ca has told me today that he wants to terminate me due to some personal reasons. my father hav business in uttar pradesh, can i take transfer to up by shifting there permanently..

also i heared that institute will not allow transfers on medical grounds, if any!!! is this true?

further i want to know if institute rejects both above options, then what is another way to take transfer if we both do not want to work with each other.... can principal give termination if he wants to give or not???

I can understand ur problem as some days ago, I too faced the same situation.I know u would be under a lot of stress & tension. But relax ur mind & try to find out the real reason for ur principal aksing forur transfer. Tell him with a lot of politeness that u have already visited the institute regional office personally but they told me that its not posiible to take transfer in the same city & U r not intending to shift to another city . However, if ur principal is so determined to give u transfer then claerly told him that u have done enough to find out the ways but it seems imposiible. Now, u (ur principal) personally try to find out the solution if u want me to discontinue. I m sure he will definitely come out with the solutio. U just dont worry!!!
