a)I have taken transfer before March 27; do i hae to fill and submit Form 120 also before APril 30?
b) Suppose; i have started my new articleship on March 26 but as per new clarifications; i can submit my new form 103 by april 30; if i submit on April 27; how much fine should i pay?in whose favour will the DD be payable?
c)do new employer hae to sign form 109 also.
no .. new employer will not sign form 109...
i want to know if my transfer form is signed after march 27 will it be valid or not

yes tranfer form signed before 27 march are perfectly valid. it shud be submitted at icai before 30 april
Suppose this boy signs the transfer form before march27; but his articleship hasn't started under new CA before MAy 1; what can he do?what will he do; his new CA will sign on may 1(suppose); and he wont be able to submit before April 30; what can he do.
What are the fines for late submittion of Form 103 with icai offices.Who should the draft be made in favour of; or we can payfine by cash

do you mean that for him to get registered in MArch 27 under new CA; he has to submit by april 30. suppose this boy didn't get new CA till suppose April 10; what will be his case.
By when he should submit his forms. ICAI has giben 30 days for taking transfer. no shouldn't deadline be may 5 by paying fine.

Does that mean; he has to submit form 109 by APril 30; 2009. Suppose; let me keep a boy at the same situation.
He gets his current terminated before MArch 27,2009.
First question; can he get articleship in the same city as he has already terminated his articleship with pre.CA after March 27 as well?
Second situation,And he submits his form 109,as u say, suppose today. His artcileship has formally started on march 28 with a CA in same city or say march 27.
Isn't this a rule that,
Submit form 103 within 30 days : no fine
Delay by 30 days: fine of Rs 100
Delay 31-180 days: Rs 300.
Aboe 180 days: Rs 1000 fine; along with all sorts of proof he has to furnish.
Now this boy submits form 109 by April 30(suppose april 27);
but he can he submit his form 103 within 30 days(no fine) ; 60 days(fine of Rs 100).

Plz help me frenzzz.......I have taken transfer on 24th march (i.e Back dated), But i have done frankinn on 23rd April.....can i get transfer as per new guidlines......no one is giving a proper reply at institute....plz help me out......my both forms(i.e. 109 &102,103) have filled up and signed.....should i submitt it 2 the institute......n my previos employer is not interested in practicing....he is quite aged.....can institute give t/f on that basis |

@ Jose Yes he can if he submits form 109 before 30th April he can join in the same city if he submits 109 within 30 days or with late fees as mentioned by u..Therefore he can join now or after 1 month or an year within the same city it just doesnot matter..The point is form 109 must be submitted before 30th April otherwise all is lost... |
