What to do if signature is missing on admit card for cs prof

Hello friends,

I have downloaded admit card for December 2012 but my signature is missing. After reading Point No 5,  it is written there that if Photo & signature is missing then paste  photo and sign it and theresfter make it attested by Gazatted Officer or CS but nothing is specifically given for Signature only. Can anybody plz tell me whether i need to make attested my sign only or what?..
