What to do

Hi all,

I am a qualified C.A. but not able to find a good job in current scenario of recession. Now good news came as I have been offered a job from a leading psu but there are two problems :

  1. The location is far away from Delhi so in future if  for better oppurtunities I want to switch over then it will be very difficult for me to go for an interview there and also for further study it''s not good.
  2. I have to fill a 4 years bond and have to pay 2.5 lacs if i leave this co. within a period of 4 years.

Therefore, I am in confusion what to do though the profile will be good over there.

Please suggest me a proper solution.

Hello Mr Gaurav

For god sake dont sign any agreement or contract for the work which you are going to do. If they dont believe you & yours skills let them find someone else.

do not make a hasty decision.

Consider factors like -: How much will relocating to dat place will cost u? Wats the package they r offering, is it as per industry standards and as far as bond is concerned, don't sign a bond coz u might get a better job option as recession goes.

alternatively, say ur package is 6 lacs n u work for 2 yrs n den u break the bond for a better option. ur net package is 10.5 lacs in 2 years and plus the experience u gain in the PSU.

So ask urself considering all options. I'll say join it even if they ask for signing a bond.
