What subject should i start with..??

I cleared both groups of IPCC in may 2011 attempt and i have joined a firm for articleship.My CA final attempt is in may2014.

Most of my friends have already started joining classes for final. I have decided not to join classes atleast for the next 6-8 months

But i dont wish to waste time..i want to do self -study for the next few months.i can study 2-3 hrs a day and manage office work also.

So please suggest atleast 2-3 subjects i can start studying from now only...also mention the guides i need to buy.

Pls give me a good study plan too..

You can Start study with practical subjects..such as accounting, costing, SFM....because these subjects are rare amendmend ...

My personal view try to get good hold of Accounting Standards from now which will be helpful for during ur articles. Apart from it start making notes for ISCA & Audit.

Focus mainly on consistency. One more piece of advice at this stage.

Pls do present papers during ur regional council meets and try sending articles to the Institute Students journal. Participate in the elocution and the Quiz held at the RO every yr. Saying it now since this is the Best time in life to open up ur mind and ideas and make u confident going forward.
