What should be my sleeping Schedule?

Hello friends,


I am problem in setting sleep time. My exam will be held after 1 month and paper timing is 9am to 12pm.
I used to sleep late at night at 2am or 3am and get up at 9pm or 10pm. Now i am trying to change my sleeping schedule as paper will be at 9am. I try to sleep at 12am and try to wake up at 6am. But i feel very lazy,tired and not fresh. And i do not feel studying. SO, i again sleep and wake up at 10am (which is the wake up time when i used to sleep at 2 or 3am). It wastes my time.

I need your advice.
1) Should i go back to my old routine? But if i go back to my old routine then what i should do during exam days when i must be alert at 9am. OR
2) Should i continue my new sleeping routine (i.e 12am to 6am) and feeling tired and lazy go away after some days.

it is simply a matter of training your mind...make it a continous habit to sleep at 10 in the night and get up at 5 and study...it is good to have 8 hrs of sleep a day...and study in the morning...it will remain fresh ion the nite...if u think burden is too much then sleep at 11 in the night...just train your mind...put an alarm everyday...soon u wud have no need of it

hey umer..all d best for studies....from my personal experience i suggest...dnt try to experiment wth new time at this level....dis is nt benifited....continue....ur old timetable....(coz i ws also tried to change my timings....coz i sleep at mong 9 to 2...bt nt able 2change only my time ws get wasted...)and exams aane par apneaap aap uth jaoge....tab lezyness nahi aayega...(my personal experience)only remember .....during exam days not follow dis schedule....ok....all  d best do well....
