Dear Experts,
Form INC-21 of my newly incorporated pvt. ltd.co. is approved. What steps I should take now. If ist auditor is appointed by the board ,should i have to file ADT-1 or not. First board meeting of the co was held within 30 days of incorporation, should the co. has to file MGT-14 for the same with MBP-1. I am confused, pls help.
1. Yes File ADT -1 for appointment of First Auditor within 15 days of appointment
2. Yes. File MGT 14 -FOR NOTING OF DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST RECEIVED FROM FIRST DIRECTOR
