What services a part time cop holder

You cannot provide attest function services (i.e., cannot sign anywhere as a practicing CA) and cannot train articled students. Other than that, you can provide all services, including assisting other CA's in audit assignments where signing auditor is a full time practicing CA.

Training of CA article students are allowed. Only the attestation functions cannot be provided by part time COP holders.
